My garage door spring gave out on a very old garage door, knocking the whole door out of wack. I called Pioneer Garage Doors and made an appointment to have it repaired. David came on the day of my appointment and actually arrived 15 minutes early ! After replacing the garage door spring, David tightened all the nuts and bolts, and adjusted all the door panels and lubricated the rollers as well. This garage has a double garage door and both doors are very old. After nearly rebuilding the one door, I had David replace the spring and adjust the second door as well. All work was accomplished in a very timely manner, considering I had the second door worked over also. After my neighbor heard of my door repairs, he contacted David and had a new door installed on his open front carport also, with complete satisfaction as well. I called Pioneer Garage Doors last week after hearing our garage door spring snap (more like explode) one morning. David was easy to reach, scheduled an appointment right away to do the repair, and even stopped by my house to help me get my car out of the garage since the appointment was a couple days away.
David did the repair. He was on time, very personable, worked quickly, and spent some extra time to tune my garage door opener settings to help it close more evenly and quietly. This is a small company run by a guy who knows his stuff, and in my experience, very professional and comes highly recommended.

Our garage door spring broke and I contacted David at Pioneer Garage Doors and made an appointment to have it fixed. It wasn't an emergency as we have a double door garage but David was able to be there in two days. Upon inspection, several of the panels had to be repaired,and a couple rollers replaced. After fixing the door, I asked him to give the other door the once over. The second door needed some reinforcement and adjusting as well, I also had David replace the spring in this door as well. This is an old farm house and I was worried because of it age and condition that I would have to replace both doors. David had both doors working like new when he finished,and also added new rubber seals to the bottoms of both doors. All work was done in a timely manner,at a fair price,and in a very professional outcome. My neighbor was so impressed he hired David to add a new construction garage door on his carport that never had a garage door on it before. Job turned out perfect and neighbor was happy with the job too. If you need garage door work, David is your guy ! Highly recommend Pioneer Garage Door !
